Establishment
Formerly Splendid Company for Pharmaceuticals Trading & Medical Supplies
Al-Rayie for Pharmaceutical Trading and Medical Supplies Ltd., established in 2009 and headquartered in Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq, is a leading distributor and marketing partner for international pharmaceutical brands worldwide across the Kurdish region, Mosul and Kirkuk. Formerly known as Splendid Co., the company officially changed its name to Al-Rayie Co. in 2024 in compliance with Iraqi Company Registration Law, completing all legal procedures and securing a renewed business license under its new Arabic name.
